The service of Together is updated!

In Miles+Bonus, we are constantly focusing on improving the services we offer, so as we meet your evolving needs.

In this context, we proceeded with the redesign of Together, the service that offers a unique way to share miles with those dearest and nearest to you!
More specifically, from 17.05.2023 onwards, the below updates are applied:

Together activation

Activation of a Together account is now available to all Μiles+Bonus members, regardless of tier, with prerequisite that they are over 18 years old and have registered at least 1 flight with AEGEAN, Olympic Air or Star Alliance in their Miles+Bonus account or are Aegean Bonus Visa/Aegean Mastercard cardholders with completed registration. For the members’ award miles to be transferred to the Together account, it is essential that the members have registered at least 1 flight with AEGEAN, Olympic Air or Star Alliance in their Miles+Bonus account or are Aegean Bonus Visa/Aegean Mastercard cardholders with completed registration.

Manage Together

The Head may manage the Together account, easily and quickly, in one page, through Miles+Bonus on aegeanair.com or the AEGEAN app:

• Has access to the invitations sent to members.
• May add children as members through the account, without sending an invitation to them.
• Views the active members of the Together account, as well as the members’ accrual contribution to the Together account.
• Defines the eligibility of each member to redeem miles for rewards as well as their eligibility to view the Together transactions.

Together ForFamilies

If a Together account includes at least one member between 2 - 18 years old, the account is automatically converted to Together ForFamilies, offering extra benefits:

• 20% extra miles when booking at Family fare (only for accounts with at least one member between 2 - 11 y.o.)
• 50% less miles for redemption at all fares, for the tickets of members between 2-11 years old
• 1 discount coupon of 20% yearly, for travelling with pet
• 1 discount coupon of 30% yearly, for Up Front seat selection
• 1 discount coupon of €100 yearly, for 1 AEGEAN Travel Package

It is clarified that the child’s or teen’s registration to Miles+Bonus can easily be completed through the “Manage my Together” section, and the new member will automatically be added to Together. Until the member turns 18 years old, if the Head wishes so, he/she may view and manage the member’s Miles+Bonus account.

Exit Together

• Upon a member’s withdrawal from the Together account, he/she will get miles back based on his/her accrual contribution to the Together account.
• Upon the Head’s withdrawal from the Together account, the account will be cancelled. Both the Head and the members will get miles back based on their accrual contribution to the Together account.
• The miles added to the Together account before 17.05.2023, will also count retrospectively, to the number of miles that the Head and each member will receive, in case of account cancellation or if a member exits the account.
